Radcliffe (Rad) Dockery

Chief Innovation Officer & Partner Unifai Solutions Inc.

Rad Dockery has over 20 years of experience in business, technology and social innovation. Through those years he has constantly led change initiatives.

As Chief Innovation Officer of Unifai Solutions Inc. he specializes in bridging advanced technology innovations such Artificial Intelligence and Analytics with Legacy Technologies to address an array of economic, business and social challenges.  In particular, the challenges aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 5, 8, 10 and 11.

He is responsible delivering these innovations in Global Markets such as Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, United States and Africa.   The Government of Canada featured Radcliffe in the July edition of CanadExport magazine,  The Government of Canada also asked Rad to comment on digital innovation within the World Trade Organization.

Radcliffe has worked for Zurich, TELUS, Canada Post and IBM. He has also led numerous business development & social responsibility initiatives as Co-Chair of the Black IBM Network Group and Board Member of the Canada Africa Chamber of Business. 

He mentors young people from array of cultural background including facilitating workshops with at risk youth across Southern Ontario.  Rad currently is an Advisor Board Member of the Canadian Multicultural LEAD Organization for Mentoring and Training. 

He resides in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and holds a Degree in Business Administration from York University in Toronto. 

Grant Sojnocki


A passionate and visionary executive leader and team builder focused on advanced technology sales and channels, next level partnerships, social and environmental responsibility. 

As the Chief Transformation Officer for Able-One Systems Inc. and President of Unifai Solutions Inc., Grant manages the transformation strategy of Able-One and the global partnerships and execution strategy of Unifai.

Before joining Able-One Systems, Grant served in sales, sales management, distribution, channel strategy, channel management and marketing management roles in global technology firms including IBM, Avnet and Arrow Electronics in addition to co-launching 2 tech start-ups.

Grant is an International Senior Fellow with the Council Exchange Board of Trade (CEBOT), an active coach of youth sports and enjoys playing adult rookie hockey. A Hamilton native, Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.

Mark Kula, CPA, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Finance Major by education, Chartered Accountant by designation, and most importantly, Entrepreneur & Technologist by passion.

Mark attended Western University where he obtained a degree in Management & Organizational Studies with a Specialization in Finance followed by a Diploma in Accounting. Kicking off his career in the world of assurance and tax services he earned the Chartered Accountant & Chartered Professional Accountant designations while working with public, private and non-profit entities at BDO Canada LLP in Toronto’s financial district. 

Mark then made the leap to the technology industry where he led the acquisition of Able-One Systems, becoming Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of the reputable and experienced VAR & MSP. After several years of stabilizing, diversifying and modernizing Able-One, Mark added a new challenge and renewed energy to his life as co-founder and CFO of Unifai Solutions. With a dedication to operational excellence, he leads Unifai Solutions in the areas of finance, operations, human resources and legal.

In addition to finance, technology and entrepreneurship, Mark’s greatest passions include sport, fitness, travel and cuisine.

Jordan Sojnocki

Chief Marketing Officer

Jordan’s passion is blending marketing and technology together to achieve automated business growth.

Having studied business and psychology at the University of Western Ontario Jordan has gone on to gain experience in multiple marketing facets and channels including start-ups, radio, media, sports, & political initiatives.

Over the past 5 plus years his professional focus has been towards building multi-buyer supply chain marketing and sales strategies for some of the world’s technology giants including IBM, Dell, & Xerox.

Today, Jordan’s focus is on simplifying new innovative technology to be understood and adopted by the legacy market.
